international package a nightmare
Posted an international package 11 February to Belfast. It reached Dublin 19 February and they said the wrong tariff was entered. The staff at Australia post entered the tariff, not me. They returned the package to Sydney 15 April (yes! Almost 2 months later!) where it was supposed to be returned me. Now it’s currently sitting somewhere in the UK (today!) after they sent it back overseas early May. Staff are no longer responding to emails. It can’t be that difficult to just deliver a package.
