waste of money
i bought 2 products and they DON'T WORK!!! they just make your lips red and it burns a lot. don't buy it. also, i'll tell you what happened to me when i bought the products: Upon delivery, I was asked to pay an *additional customs fee of €17.66*, which I was not informed about at the time of purchase.
Considering that I had already paid *€44 for just two products*, I find it unfair to face unexpected charges on top of that.
Moreover, I placed my order on *April 12*, and the package arrived only *after 24 days*, despite your website stating a *3–4 business day delivery*.
I kindly request a *refund of €17.66*. and don't reply to write me an email, I've already written you many without a response. (Order number 367200)

HI Federica, as explained multiple times on e-mails, we have no influence over customs charges. Customs charges are based on countries and their allowances into the country. This is something you were made aware of during purchase if you wanted to look into the FAQ, but also this is something you are aware of can occur if you purchase from an international brand. Additionally, the parcel was stuck in customs due to you refusing to pay the customs charges, hence the delay in your parcel. We have already refunded you for your parcel which we did as a gesture of goodwill and this is something we do not do often. Thanks.
