It’s definitely not our intention to make learning feel this way, and it’s upsetting to hear that you feel the platform is working against you. If answers are being marked wrong when they shouldn’t be, that’s absolutely something we’d want to look into. If you’re able to share any examples with our support team at support@bedrocklearning.org, we can investigate and get them corrected.

I know you’re feeling strongly about this, but I do want to say that many learners have seen real improvements in their vocabulary, reading, and writing through Bedrock – and that’s what we’re always aiming for. Your feedback helps us get closer to that for everyone.
