Update: Today 24/7/25 A customer service agent replied to me via email, very nicely apologizing but also providing logic info on what happened and assuring me that a refund for the cancelled item and the missing discount on the product they will ship has been issued.I hope both refunds work correctly. Thank you.

During the 20% sale storewide, I ordered 2 lip products from Tidelands House. Later on I realize only one of the 2 products had the 20% applied.Friday 18th I email them to ask for an update and the discount error.No answer so I emailed them back on the 22th (copied pasted my previous email just in case it got lost) July 23th I opened their order confirmation email, clicked on the ''view order'' tab and on the order overview realize that they removed the lip product (the one with the 20% discount) which is now out of stock again even though it was just restocked (which is why I buyed it) I email them via my bf email since I am afraid there's an issue with my email.
Well, I liked this company, and had placed a few other orders in the past without issue, The customer service was quite fine, but now I am feeling a little bit afraid, since there is no communication.Could you please be so kind to get back to me so we can solve this issue? Thank you, Sofia.
