Really disappointed with my linen

Really disappointed with my linen set - I purchased the full cream linen set. After washing it both times, and air drying it dried basically like paper - super crispy & scratchy. I don’t own a tumble dryer, but then again I feel for the price it still should not feel like this even without a tumble dryer. I have another set of linen bedding from another brand and it air dries super soft after every wash, so I’m not exactly sure what’s wrong. I ended up purchasing another cream set from this brand instead. It felt like a huge waste of money as secret linen is by no means a cheap product and I have only used it for about a month or so. I tried to deal with the scratchy linen but I can’t do it again. Additionally, 2 button holes tore in the wash even on a lower spin cycle.

Really disappointing service

I pre-booked to have my car battery recharged a week in advance as it was the only time I could do it. I had to pay a £40 deposit. And after no one showed 10 minutes after the arranged time, I called to check and found out that they thought I canceled. I am not sure where that came from, and why no money was refunded if that was the case. They apologized and said I would need to wait an hour for a new person to arrive. I then waited over 3 hours, ontop of an already busy schedule which is why I prebooked in the first place. Really disappointing, I did not even get a reduction in price after the inconvenience that was caused due to their own negligence. Really really poor service. After all that, I had to take my car to another garage and eventually change the battery. I wish the company had been more upfront and given me more time to try handle the situation but I was left having to pay for permit parking and Ubers as my car continued to not start after. But I had no choice but to leave the car as I had commitments in the afternoon, which is why I had booked a very specific time for the morning.

Case colour rectify

I made an error on my case colour for my order (the case was a different colour to my razor that I ordered) and although they couldn’t change the order as it was already process, Estrid happily gave me a new extra case (for free) in the correct colour. I am really happy with their customer service :)
