Electrical deals were good to deal with, very efficient and quick regarding delivery time. My only issue was the delivery driver needs a better sat nav

We're obviously chuffed that you were pleased with us, and I'm sorry that the driver employed by the delivery company wasn't as efficient as WE were.
Probably using a Tom Tom from 1993!
It's a pity that your 4 star review knocked us down to 4.8 from our usual 4.9 rating...... As the driver's issues weren't directly caused by us, I don't suppose you could edit this back to a 5 star review, or is that too cheeky?
