At least you gave a quick response. I understand about orders. I, too, am in an embroidery busy which require me to get products in from various other companies I order from in order to finish my part of the job. The problem u r facing is not responding to ur customer as soon as u know you cannot fill it at this time and need to let them know that instead of telling me canceled my order when, in fact, your company did.
