Good communication regarding pick-up. Excellent guide, helpful, courteous. Day turned out just as indicated on website.
Didn't expect the crowds at the meals but lots of good food and different than other places (great soup!).
I got confused as to the significance of the towns we visited but much enjoyed them.

Last minute booking but all went smoothly. Picked up at hotel on time, guide was great - conscientious, knowledgeable, and kind. Day tour was just as advertised.
