I was very pleased with the service I received. I made a purchase, but the item was lost in transit. I filed a complaint since I hadn’t received it. Living DNA promptly responded and sent me a replacement with tracking, which allowed me to follow the shipment and receive it at my home. The customer service was exemplary, and Living DNA deserves congratulations.
