Offers can be denied arbitrarily, even with full proof

I recently completed the BDMBET offer on Freecash, fulfilling all requirements: I registered, deposited over 40€, and wagered well over the minimum amount. I submitted full proof: screenshots of deposit, balance, and game history.

Despite this, my cashback was denied. The only explanation given was that the offer partner "couldn’t validate" my completion. No specific reason was provided. No evidence was shown. Just a vague excuse.

This is highly concerning. If an offer partner can simply deny a reward — even when clear proof is provided — and Freecash does nothing, users are left unprotected.

Worse, I’m not the only one. Several users in Freecash’s own chat reported the exact same issue with multiple partners. We can’t all be wrong.

If Freecash wants to be trusted, it must hold offer providers accountable and stop pushing the responsibility away with canned replies. Until then, I strongly advise others to avoid deposit-based offers, especially from shady partners.

Use Freecash with caution.

Invalid giftcards? Though luck

Other than what the other reviews say, I would like to add another issue, the giftcards.
I have paid fees for a giftcard that is stated by the company that I'm trying to use it that it is an invalid giftcard.
Plutus support took 3 months to reply me back, told me to contact the company of the giftcard, and closed the ticket.
So yeah, don't expect the giftcards working either. As long as you pay the fees, they don't care afterwards if the giftcard works or not.
