Sunglasses Never Shipped
Ordered expensive sunglasses almost a month ago and they haven’t even been shipped. When I reached out to ask about a timeline, they promised they would be sent out in the next few days. They were not. Considering reporting them as fraud to my credit card company.

You ordered $59 Vogue sunglasses on 4/7 and they were backordered at the vendor. We apologize for the backorder/delay; due to the current tariff environment, our vendors are having a lot of trouble sourcing products. You cancelled the order on 4/28 and we refunded you the same day.
