Similar to everyone else here.
- Claim item will be shipped within 2 weeks (air conditioner in this case)
- Set status as 'ready to ship' for well past original delivery date
- When contacting customer service, they claim that it is in process of being delivered but cannot provide any shipping data or tracking. Also refuse refund as it is 'shipping'
