Great service - NI shipping process could be better.
Really good service however it would be great to offer NI shipping rate at checkout rather than having to pay after ordering, it slows the ordering process down.
However customer service are always quick to send invoice and process order, and always happy with the product.
If they resolve NI shipping at checkout it would be 5 stara

In regards to shipping costs, orders that are placed may have different quantities of items, therefore different additional costs apply, as a result this is why we cannot offer this at the checkout point.
