I ordered sunglasses and the delivery time was 10 days, but I have not received any email that my sunglasses were sent. When I contacted the support they explained that supplier is late with the delivery and offered me 3 different options for my case including refund. I decided to stay patient and waited not much longer when my sunglasses finally arrived. So overall I need to say that my experience was great because of the great customer support and plenty of options they offered to make me satisfied.
