Izzy and Beth from Frank Innes have been brilliant. We approached them to rent our bungalow and in less than 24 hours a tenant was found. They provided a great service and kept us informed throughout the process. We were really impressed and would not hesitate to use them again.

Recently had a hot point washing machine delivered and the old one taken away. The settings were different and I initially struggled to use it so I rang their customer services and they talked me through it with ease enabling me to use my washing machine with no issues.

I used this company to arrange two EPC’s and an electrical certificate. They put you in touch with sub contractors who then conduct the work. It was easy to arrange however I did miss one appointment so got charged an extra £30 but I suppose that is to be expected. The certificates came through online and can be passed on to whoever needs them. Overall pleased with the service and would use again if required.
