I bought a kitchen for my daughter for Christmas and about 3 weeks later the oven door came off. I contacted Tiny land last week through instagram and asked what I could do about ordering the oven door and they quickly were able to help me get the door ordered and followed through after purchase was made. For warranty reasons the door was covered so the cost was refunded and the only thing I had to pay was shipping. This is by far the best customer service I have ever received, not only for giving me details on what I could do but following through within a day on my door status I found very helpful. You have a customer for life!! Thank you thank you!!!
