Seems hit & miss
Ordered some shoes and clothes using my account details created from a previous order of a racket (that was delivered ok). This time the shoes got all the way to the UK for a Royal Mail delivery. Royal Mail then claimed they couldn't deliver due to the address being incomplete. Looked at the website details in my account and above the address box was written my house number and road name, however in the actual address box it was just my road name. So obviously that was the problem, but these details were used for my previous successful tennis racket order, I never changed any address details for this order as it had worked previously. Doesn't make much sense. Shoes now appear to be on their way back to Spain, annoying.

Goods shown by their tracking as returned to sender on 2nd May …… no sign of any refund yet, getting ridiculous.
