I contacted Sam through the Laurelle website when I saw a ring online that I fell in love with. She was absolutely brilliant and kindly agreed to meet me in London to show it to me in person. The following process was seamless, she kept me informed while she secured the gemologist reports I had asked for alongside the ring, answering all of my questions along the way. Sam is very knowledgable both about the pieces in her collection, and on the nuances of antique jewellery overall which gave me great confidence in buying such an important piece of jewellery. Both her and her husband are such lovely people and incredibly personable, and this made the process even more enjoyable.

The jewellery they have to offer is simply stunning and I couldn’t help but pick up a charm bracelet also whilst we went through the ring process. She kindly brought both down to London to give to me once both purchases were complete. I couldn’t recommend this company more; both for the end to end experience as well as the purchases made.
