Fantastic paper calendars

We have been buying the paper calendars for a few years and have recommended them to others too. Very good family planner. The best part of the calendar is that it is pencil friendly and when plans change it can be rubbed out easily. We just love them. We don't mind the delivery charge and yes one may find cheaper calendars but we find this calendar to be the best of all the ones we have used so we continue to buy it every year. Please don't change the paper format. Thank you.

Leaking freezer

First time ever using this service to repair a leaking freezer which we put up with for close to 6 months. A couple of times a day water would leak out from the freezer on to the floor. Thank goodness our floor could take it!! Booked a repair online - what an easy process. Not a long wait at all for the appointment - only a 4d wait - I thought it would have been much longer. A few text messages and emails to remind me of the appointment. On the day of the repair I was sent a text message to tell me the name of the engineer and an email with the option of tracking the engineer so I was not stuck at home all day waiting for them. The engineer rang when he was 5 minutes away too. He was not sure about the problem so rang someone else and sorted the blocked iced over drain pipe in the back of the freezer. He took payment on the app and then left. What a breeze of a process!! I was hesitant to use the repair service due to lots of misconceptions. Will not hesitate to use the service again. Thank you Bosch Home!!

Replacement knob for steamer

The knob on our 6 year old amazing Tefal steamer partially broke. For a little while I ignored it and was trying to make it work by gently turning. Eventually it fully broke and fell off. I was reluctant to call customer service thinking it would be a hassle and they would say "sorry we don't make it anymore". I was surprised when the customer service team gave me part number and then I was asked to make an order from the parts department which is separate to the customer services team. The customer service agent, who spoke like a robot, placed the order. Just for the plastic knob it was close to £10 which was rather steep and I was told delivery time was 20 -25 working days. Order placed on 23/04/25 - arrived 03/05/25. The replacement knob was sent in a hugely oversized box but fit perfectly on the steamer. The five stars is for the availability of a replacement knob, without which the steamer would have gone to the tip and speedy delivery.

Quick replacement hinges

We have a Keter outdoor storage box that is a few years old. The piston hinges gradually rusted and seized up one fine day without warning. Contacted the customer service team who wanted an exact part number, which we did not have as the instruction manual had been discarded a few years ago. So they sent me an electronic version. With the exact part number they sent the right hinges out. Contacted them on Friday and by Wednesday the new hinges arrived and were fitted without any problems using the old screws. Thank you to the Keter customer services team.
