Their service is very bad
My Honest Experience with GCFX – Not Recommended
I joined GCFX Dubai after receiving continuous calls from their sales team. They promised that my funds would be credited within 6 hours of withdrawal and also offered a 90% bonus credit along with a gift for opening the account.
However, the reality was completely different.
Within just 3 days, the bonus they had credited was removed without any explanation.
I sent more than 10 emails requesting clarification – no response.
Their customer service is unresponsive, and I had to beg for my own money every day.
I submitted a $2000 withdrawal request, but after 6–7 days, only $500 was processed.
The spread was initially low, but later changed drastically, affecting both buying and selling.
Even their head office in Malaysia didn’t take proper action despite several messages.
I came to this platform from a reliable trading setup, and this experience has been extremely disappointing.
For anyone considering GCFX – please be cautious.
This company makes big promises but doesn’t follow through. Their customer support is poor, and their trading conditions change without warning.
