within a few weeks of receiving hearing…

within a few weeks of receiving hearing aids in Feb the left ear power light sporadically stopped lighting up so can not check its turned on visual , have to put left side on ear and listen for beeps , still functions but stopping me from ordering more , requested help and was told i could up grade , and then some of communications got lost in spam , having further issues starting the week of April 14 , found my review in spam and have had several more communication emails with ChosgoHearing but still have not gotten a warranty started seems do to communication issues and missing info , the right ear hearing aid has complete stopped working this week also now ,so restarting trying to get warranty issues prosses going again today and upgraded my review to 2 stars but i have to see how the prosses goes now but could become a 5 star rating ?? i just did not think to check my spam so some of fault is mines but will still have to see how warranty prosses goes . really missing hearing aids , and if nothing else i have learned a lot really like having controls on hearing aids .

1. After checking, I found that you sent me an email on March 6. I replied to you immediately on March 6.
At the same time, I sent you another email on March 7 to ask if you received the message, and left you a message in the online chat. But I didn't receive your reply.
So we didn't delay replying to you.

2. If there is a problem with the product, you can contact us and we can replace it with a new one for free. But you expressed that you want to buy two more sets.
I recommend you an upgraded product with better quality, but it all depends on your decision, not to force you to buy it.

I hope you can reply to us after receiving the email, and we can provide you with service and solve problems at any time.
