Siobhan McGuigan is the manager for Calder Edge apartments, Halifax and she’s fantastic! Since she took over property management, the jobs get done promptly and done well, by competent contractors.
This is a huge improvement from years of poor grade work done by very expensive contractors who don’t even fix the issue!
Siobhan is always responsive / always contactable and acts swiftly.
The buildings are looking much better and Siobhan is to thsnk for that.
