Overpriced

They never upgrade you to the latest plan, meaning you have to cancel your whole existing hosting and migrate to a newer server just to get any update in hosting performance every year or so. The hosting is slow compared to other providers and expensive. Overload the servers in the slightless even being on say a 120 dollar a month plan (Web Hosting Plus Grow) and the whole server crashes.... They never reward loyal customers with anything (i'm spending over a 1000 a month). Would definitely not recommend!
