Progressive was good to me

I had insurance through progressive through a marketplace. I do t remember having n any claims but they are one of few that insure classic cars or classic semi trucks which we own. Our experience included at least 6 years of teen drivers as well as classic cars and regular we did not have homeowners insurance with them so can’t speak on that part of the company. I would go back to them in the future to have coverage and will soon when my husband gets his old classic semi done(50s model) due to using a marketplace they were not notified of me canceling my policy and deducted payments but did everything to make it right after being notified. I don’t speak for everyone but I had a great experience with this company but more importantly would use them again if needed. I know other reviews have talked about insurance being expensive and as someone paying around 20,000 a year in car insurance I get it that insurance companies are expensive but that’s a lot of them in this day and age and a lot of the issues have been uninsured under insured or no license drivers and having to take on people who are bad drivers that’s what all companies need to crack down on and I believe it would help in the long run for all of us.

Don’t use Be aware

I purchased this insurance through an agent less than a year ago in July I was offered a better deal through another company so like many companies J had felt with for insurance I thought I was on a month to month plan and decided I would just cancel and move to the other company. I was surprised when I did so as I called to cancel my policy that shouldn’t have been paid till 8/2/25 (they had already sent the debit in causing me to have to stop payment on that submission because they couldn’t)on 8/1/25 when the new policy with the other company would be valid. I took all the necessary steps to do so and was hit with fees on 8/26/25( I finally received a letter from them informing me I owed 485.00 but not an explanation of what for ect…) the letter was dated 8/16/25 so it took a whole 10 days to receive and during that time frame on 8/19/25(approximately I don’t have the exact date now without the paperwork in front of me) I received a call out of Santa Ana California treating if I didn’t pay the 485 to which I wasn’t aware of till that point was owed I would be turned into collections. I called that Monday and had my mother go down and pay the fee at the local branch in a town 100 miles away to just be done and avoid further threatening from the company. I had to pay a membership which was a crazy amount and did no help for someone in a rule town because the closest mechanic was over 10 miles away which is all they covered with basic for membership. On 8/28/25 I sent a certified letter requesting the membership they kept sending information for be canceled it cancels on 10/1/25. I also sent a certified letter requesting an itemized statement of charges that resulted in me owing the company 485 as of 9/26/25 I still have not received a response back from the company. I have spoke with others who have this company and have been told if they choose not to renew their membership the company might not provide insurance again to them at the end of that year. also another I know because they could not provide a odometer reading( you are required to do this for a discount for this company) they would not be able to insure a vehicle that they use for towing items to disposal sight 1-5 times a year unless they could say it had been driven 12,000 miles in the last year( odometer stopped the person can’t find their last odometer reading and the odometer is digital). Another person I know personally has this company and has been through the same with them charging them for leaving the company. Personally I would stay away from this company at all cost I had to learn the hard way. I can not speak to their homeowners as I had that with another company at that time and should have stayed with that company.

Review of UPS

No customers service at hubs, logistics company issues.

This company has taken out its customer service for local hubs, packages to our address go missing literally 90 miles from the destination, 3 days a week coming to our area yet we can’t seem to get some packages to the customer before 7 days. I mean lots of issues have had things missing from orders or just go missing and nobody can locate them. Company has employees/ machines who constantly load your product on the wrong trucks or send them completely out of route which causes delays or leads to weekend packages which get stuck in a truck and go missing. No way for the customer service agent to help you locate just tells you to contact the shipper to file a claim causing more of a delay. I know your a huge company and things are crazy but it would be nice if we went back to before 2020 when y’all seem to have logistics under control and had a few busy times and we could handle that at Christmas time or summer.

Review of Amazon

Wishing it didn’t cost so much for members not receiving prime 2 day delivery but still wanting prime

I’m pretty honest and believe that honest reviews are necessary. I have noticed especially since 2020 things have been going down hill at a slow rate with Amazon. First off the updated their membership and why pay for prime (140) when it was suppose to be a 2 day ship and since 2020 everything takes atleast 4-7 days if not longer to get to you. I will say they have a good customer service but their logistics partners that ship things specifically UPS are constantly loosing things literally 90 miles from our home, or UPS hires people who can’t read and they send things way out of route which causes our packages to be late because we get deliveries( not amazons fault but it is UPS the shipping partners fault) 3 days a week. I feel like some what if UPS can’t get it together maybe they should fire them and let FEDEX handle what they can’t not that FEDEx can’t loose things to it just sucks our packages are constantly replaced or running late. This happens frequently with our prime membership in tack for years.

Change your health today

You have accountability to a coach every 2 weeks. Only problem I had during the beginning was having to change coaches almost every visit. I think this program is great for those unable to get off or without a regular PCP it helps them get the care they need in order to change their health. The best part is everyone is here to cheer you on and help you accomplish your goals.
