Casey’s cancelled my original delivery…

Casey’s cancelled my original delivery date & rescheduled which was fine but then gave me the incorrect drivers details and mobile number. Could not make contact with driver on a Sat morning and waiting over 2 hours. Not great and no apologies. Should have followed up in my opinion.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait on a Saturday morning without clear communication or a way to get in touch. This certainly isn't the level of service we aim to provide, and we agree—better follow-up was needed on our part.
