I used trustpilot to make a complaint and eSIM card immediately contacted me to try to leave a positive feedback. Problem solved ! Thank you !
I used this company as my search indicated this company is top 10 in eSIMs . But I have just arrived in Japan used my eSIM for 30 min or less and not working anymore .
Had contacted customer support saying I have used the entire packaged . My packed was suggested for 15 days 10GB in Japan . How could I have used all this data in less than 30 min .
My usage was only searching for hotel directions from the Narita airport. Never again
