I absolutely love my new piece!

I absolutely love my new piece!!
Never ordered from here before but saw great reviews. And I’m so glad I did.
My shipping was delayed in Memphis due to weather at the hub. But Michael kept me informed and gave me regular updates before I even reached out. The experience was very pleasant and the product arrived pristine and beyond expectations. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Run - don’t walk the other way.
The automated system will ask you a bunch of questions on symptoms relating to illness. And even when you clearly precluded yourself from being eligible for telehealth prescriptions, it will still take your money for the “consultation” and then deny your prescription or any treatment.
I answered all the questions regarding a simple UTI treatment. They took my money and the next day denied my prescription. And their reason for denying the prescription was because “I had severe UTI symptoms”. WTF???

If I entered symptoms that cannot be treated via telehealth, then the questionnaire should’ve stopped there. And they shouldn’t even process my payment. The intake form should’ve said “No. You’re not a telehealth candidate.” But instead, they took my money for “processing” because supposedly a “doctor” reviewed my charts.
Ummm… there were no charts. And the determination for not prescribing me any treatments was done by a computer algorithm that automatically denied me.

Run! Don’t walk. Run away from this scam!

Hi Yi,

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

We want to clarify that our platform is supported by licensed healthcare providers who personally review each medical intake form. We do not rely on automated decision-making when it comes to clinical determinations.

For safety reasons, our providers do not prescribe treatment for certain symptoms that may suggest a condition more serious. In these cases, in-person care is often the safest and most appropriate path forward, as some symptoms may require physical exams or additional testing that telehealth cannot provide.

While we understand this can be frustrating, our goal is always to prioritize health and safety.

If you’d like to speak with our support team, we’re here to help and provide any further clarification.
