Yeah the person I spoke to she was amazing (I'm sorry I've forgotten your name I'm terrible with names). She was very friendly, very professional, but most importantly I believe she was very clear with everything. I think it's great when an advisor doesn't just go through the process, but they come across as human and can have a bit of chit chat in-between the important stuff, and she was exactly that.
After everything was agreed she asked if I could check my account and was patient enough to wait for me to have a look through my account and check if I had any 'alerts' so to speak (rather than rushing off the phone). Please employ more people like the person I was lucky enough to speak to on the phone.
