Steer away, it's a scam. By the time you realize it's not Chat GPT it's "too late" for them to refund.

If you're interested in exploring a collective lawsuit, I'll be glady to pursue it. The lawsuits can be filed in California (that's where their servers are located), Turkey, Izmir (where the company is located), and India (where the owner scammers are from, they also have ownership of another AI). They have been refusing to refund, it's been a month.

I was misled into subscribing to this service, thinking I was signing up for ChatGPT Premium by OpenAI, but it turned out to be something completely different. I immediately requested a refund, but this company has been ignoring my emails and refusing to return my money.

This is deceptive business practice and borders on fraud. If they do not process my refund, I will be reporting them to consumer protection agencies, my bank, and relevant authorities for fraudulent activity. I will also continue to warn others on every platform possible.

IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED IN CONSIDERING A CONJOINED LAWSUIT, I HAVE IDENTIFIED SOME INFORMATION AND WOULD GLADLY PURSUE IT.... IT SEEMS THAT WE COULD FILE (POTENTIALLY, I AM YET TO CONFIRM THE FOLLOWING INFO) A COMPLAINT IN US (CALIFORNIA, THAT'S WHERE THEIR SERVERS ARE LOCATED, TURKEY THAT'S WHERE THE COMPANY IS LOCATED, AND INDIA WHERE THE OWNERS ARE FROM)

Do not trust this service. If they resolve my issue, I will update this review accordingly. THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY BECAUSE OF THE "UPPER THRESHOLD" SCAM SCAM SCAM.
