I seem to be yet another customer dissatisfied in the companies returns policy and how little communication they give. We ordered a floor lamp which arrived in a massive box despite it being flat pack and needing to be fully assembled. The protective packaging was minimal which meant the lamp was damaged on arrival. Immediately went to see how to return the item but struggled to see how to raise a return. Emailed the company three times through the returns page yet still no response from the company. Just a shame as the lamp was really lovely just not paying nearly £200 for a lamp that’s damaged and unusable.
