Terrible Company – Avoid at All Costs!
Altibus is completely unreliable. We booked a 13:30 bus from Geneva Airport to Alpe d’Huez on March 15, 2025, but it never stopped to pick us up! The driver ignored over 10 calls from both the ticket counter staff and customer support.
Altibus refused to take responsibility, provided false and inconsistent information, and ignored our refund request. We had to escalate the issue through our bank.
This company is unprofessional and untrustworthy—avoid them if you don’t want to be stranded!
