Very disappointed
We've had a sofa (with two electric recliners) and a chair, also a recliner and they have never worked properly. They came to check them, but they were no better.
We have complained, but totally ignored. Very difficult to make any contact. The store refused to accept any liability, and their 'ombudsman' made a ruling after just seeing a couple of photos - they would not believe our concerns. If we want them to return and repair the mechanisms, we'd have to pay £75, even though they should be guaranteed for 10 years!
Will never shop there again. Dreadful after-sales service, and poor workmanship. Very disappointed.
