I needed equipment to help me with cleaning at home, I found this super good one that helps me a lot.
Regarding the company, they need to improve the information more. I bought the product. They didn't send me anything about the purchase, I don't know the order number for the delivery because they didn't send me anything about the tracking. They asked for my email and my full name, but they didn't find any information about the order, so they need to improve that.

I see that many people have the same problem as me regarding purchases from this store. I bought a V20 bike. It was supposed to be delivered the next day, but I received an email saying that the bike was not available, even though the ad on the website said that the product was available. Then they offered me another bike of a different model, but I didn't accept it because I wanted to receive the one I bought. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with this store. I have already sent emails complaining because this store has no commitment. They deceive you with a beautiful ad on the website.
