Worst Airline ever.
First when we arrived to departures, officer told us Thai Airways is the only airline which provide unreadable barcodes, so we have to go and print physical boarding pass.

I ran there to do so, but the check in counter worker told me she needs to see my girlfriend's face to print the pass. Didn't accept pictures and ignored I have a passport, so we loosed 20 minutes for that alone.

Great, passed the departures counter finally and here we can see there is no gate number on our boarding pass, despite there's less then an hour until flight.
And that's not all, hang on!

When we reached the gate, the whole waiting lounge were closed with nobody inside, so all the people waiting foe the flight have to find sits somewhere else.

This company positions itself as a comfortable flights provider, byt in fact they have a villager mentality from the last century.

Avoid at all cost. Better even deal with indian Indigo, I guess

Such a terrible service. It costed 80$ to deliver passport from Poland to Thailand. They put the parcel on hold for 3 TIMES! Delivery is already late for 4 days and still not delivered. They NEVER call to notify about the issue. On top of that they charged me additional 25$ "customs fee" for the passport! The custom fee is non existent for the documents. This is redicilous. Worst experience ever! Avoid DHL at all cost!
