From their 3rd party international call center that is incapable of anything other than a scripted, ambivalent response; their auto fill program which is sure to result in your tank running out of propane at least once per winter, or any issue whatsoever with billing that will require a minimum of 3 calls with no record of any previous call on file - your impressive tolerance for pain will be challenged time and time again.
