Order was apparently handled…
Order was apparently handled incorrectly. Whether on my end, or US Fireplace Store, we do not yet know (parts are with repair company). US Fireplace Store went through great lengths to make sure I was satisfied. In fact, they sent the new part without requiring I return the errant one.
