MANDATORY INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE SCAM
MANDATORY INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE SCAM! (this cost more than the car rental!!) We have international coverage for any rental vehicles in the U.S./Canada. They did not accept this and gave no further information as to why. We were forced to pay 252$ USD or be stranded, and after waiting to be picked up at the airport for 45 minutes, we felt like we had no other option. Other rental vehicle companies did not require this charge after doing more research and have not found anywhere of this price charge. We would not have went with this company had we known this.

Please note that this particular location does not accept insurance from customers who are not based in the USA. Details regarding the use of your own insurance are outlined in the terms provided to all our suppliers, who then pass the information on to customers making bookings with them
I have consulted with the customer service department, and we have not received any complaints related to the concerns raised in this reservation.
