I had a great experience thru customer service. Clare was brilliant in the help she provided. My sample got lost in the post office on the way to Denmark. I wrote to CS and Clare responded swiftly, providing all the necessary details and solutions to my issue. I received a new kit and was able to send out the new sample which arrived today in Denmark.
