Impossible to speak to a real person. All you get are the same copy and paste responses demanding proof. If you message asking specifics they'll just ignore you

They do nothing about fake reviews which leave five stars for a company yet take down negative reviews. Trustpilot is an embarrassment

Trustpilot claim to have zero tolerance for fake reviews yet do nothing about them

You can see companies which flood their pages with five star reviews every few hours, most only contain a few words and make no sense yet Trustpilot doesn't do a thing about it

Even this page is full of five star nonsense.

Chat bot is really difficult to get past. Live customer Service team are truly awful and don't know the promotions and rules, demanding screenshots of things which don't exist

If you email them they'll just not even acknowledge you.

Villa are playing in a cracking tie against PSG in the Champions League on TNT and what do SKY put on Main Event and also the Football channel ? The WSL hahahaha I'd love to see the viewing figures. They're determined to force it on people. Sticking it on Two channels and having three hours worth of coverage is insane


The one mens game SKY had tonight (Salford v Donny) was relegated to SKY+

I spoke to this lot who claimed their poor odds are because they're new to sports, seeing as they've been going years and have experienced odds compilers I find this absolutely ridiculous explanation

I watched Soccer Saturday today and how bad is it now? When they went to adverts they went full screen so you couldn't see the goals then they didn't recap them when they came back. Also interviewing Ant and Dec while games were being played was embarrassing

Sky sports racing/ATR is typical SKY. it's supposed to be a horse racing channel but in reality it's a channel with adverts on with a few horse races thrown in for good measure

They treat subscribers like fools

If they offer you a free bet don't bother. The money you'll lose on the odds isn't worth the free bet
I've never seen such a dreadfully poor set of prices on every single event
