They speak of high standards ..The doll i recieved had dirt or stains on and below skin in several places 1 spot i noticed a different shade skin tone that looked like it was peeling like sunburn skin sent photos the dirt spot was in the stomach area they point out to me that's normal it's her belly button (what)?? Next were fingerNAILS glued on crooked .There reply, again the fingers can be straightened out .useless advice again ..The molding seams in the legs were an eye sore..nothing said about those photos . I've owned several dolls i know proper care and cleaning of such toys.They recommended talc powder.?Talc is a poor recommendation for health reasons .I use cornstarch babypowder.They assured me they guarantee customer satisfaction .So they offered me a free $3 wig .Then it was a 10% refund .Then a 25% Buyers beware there's no quality control. If there was they sould be disciplined..ANNA was no help ridiculous responses to every one of My concerns . Bad way to do business..Can you read there explanations below again WTF ..Hope this helps with an important decision..

Abdominal area: The circular area you pointed out is the doll’s belly button, designed as part of the mold and not an indication of damage or peeling.
Finger issue: The fingers are made with soft TPE material, and occasionally arrive slightly bent. However, they can be gently adjusted into the proper shape, which we explained in our reply.
Leg seams: These are a result of the molding and trimming process. We deliberately avoid over-ironing to preserve the natural skin texture. This is a common standard across the industry and typically accepted by customers.
Powder usage: You expressed concern about talcum powder, and We also recommend that you use baby powder, which is safe for the doll and you.
We want to emphasize that all dolls are inspected before shipping, and this doll was no exception. However, if the appearance or condition of the doll did not meet your expectations, even if not technically defective, that is still something we take seriously.
