I wouldn’t recommend for trade in, hugely undervalued even with the issues raised with the phone. Had 2 other valuations but went with this company due to the high estimate ( definitely reeled me in!). Then there was a back and forth of offer and counter offer until we landed back at a reasonable valuation. I assumed I would be offered a fair price from the get go and not have to barter for 4 days. Staff were friendly but it left a bad taste. Wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent service from Colin and Jason D delivering our furniture bought from the Stockton Teesside Park Store. Delivered our sofa and chair, built them and showed us how to use them. They were friendly and respectful of our home. They checked we were happy before they left. Brilliant communication giving us a call before delivery. Would definitely recommend thank you
