Good product at good price.

Good product at good price.
Short shipped though.
Sent immediate email but no response for 2.5 days so called customer services who solved the problem straight away. Shame I had to call but resolved and happy with purchase.

Still waiting for refund ......

Had a tiring but enjoyable trip with Just Go but their Customer Services Department appears to have gone to sleep.
I'm waiting for a refund of £35 and Iv'e emailed 1st June, 12th June and 16th June.
Each time I get an automated response email telling me
I can expect to hear from them in 3 days.
Not happening and short of taking to social media sites I can only wait .... In the meantime had lots of contact from Just Go regarding offers to book another trip. Mmmmmmm ........ Frustrating to say the least.

First time I’ve ordered from Value…

First time I’ve ordered from Value Lights and very happy with the overall experience.
Nice quality, good value lights delivered quickly.
One light did have a minor defect that prevented installation but this was reported to Lily on Customer services and replacement not only agreed within 2 hours but also despatched on 24 hour delivery. They always say you only find out how good a company is when you have a post sale problem.
I can only say Value Lights are top class and a company you can rely on …. Thank you Value Lights ( and Lily of course who was wonderful)
Will recommend and buy again.
