having to chase up item ordered, again by ordering on the internet, company let down by carrier , sent by first class postage ? Date of this extract from email sent to me , 7-4-25 " The following item(s) have been sent via Royal Mail 1st Class in a secure padded package." ?

Thank you for your review Roger. I am sorry to hear that you have not received your order as of yet. You placed your order on Monday 7th April via Royal Mail 1st Class and we dispatched it the same day as we do. This service is normally 2-3 working days but at worst case can take over a week depending on delays with Royal Mail, which are issues out of our control. We can claim lost in post on Wednesday 16th April as I stated in my email to you and asked you kindly to allow until this time. If it had not arrived by then, we can resend. You have opted for a refund which you will receive if you have still not received the item by the 16th April.
