Jacob really helped us today when we were stressed out about reporting a road traffic accident. He went above and beyond by reassuring us, showing great customer service and patiently reassuring and teaching us the process step by step. Great and friendly service. They helped install the WiFi and explained every step of the way. Even though I kept being persistent and asking loads of questions, they took their time out to help address my concerns and challenges.
