Terrible service
I ordered an item at the end of July, I'm now at the end of August and still waiting for this item, the 7-10 days turn around is un-true, I had a delivery notification on the 7th August and then an update from Evri that there was a delay on the delivery on the 15th August and it just never arrived.
I've chased this company firstly for an update and they said the Courier were unable to deliver (they didn't even try) it needs to be returned before they can do anything, a few weeks later and more chasing I asked for a refund - again they are insisting that the item needs to be returned before they can issue a refund, so I've had to raise a dispute with my bank.
Absolutely terrible service.
Update based on feedback; no item refused, wasn't event attempted, Michael our Evri driver delivers to this address at least twice a week. 1 star is absolutely spot on and sums up overall serice, poor service, me having to chase, seems to be a common complaint. Not good service.
