Here is a copy of the latest message from Chosgo They don't seem to get it. People give 1 star reviews BECAUSE YOU DON'T REFUND THEIR MONEY AFTER RETURNING YOUR HEARING AIDS.

I don't understand what you are doing? I am actively processing your refund. And then you are doing something wrong behind my back. Today the review is almost over and we are about to refund, but you submit another bad review. I don't understand why you are doing this. I don't know if I should continue to deal with this matter.

After my last review I got a very negative text from Chosgo Hearing customer support asking me over and over why I wrote a 1 star review. They claimed they were just going to approve my refund ! Ha! No way am I going to believe this. Once again I say
DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE BY PURCHASING THESE HEARING AIDS! NO REFUND TO DATE! I BOUGHT THEM IN JANUARY...

Yes, we are actively handling the return and refund issues for customers. Whenever our refund approval reaches the last step, customers start to act in a way that is unfavorable to us, resulting in the process not being approved. We need to review again. We have communicated this issue with customers many times. But customers don’t seem to understand it. We really don’t understand why we have to do this kind of behavior that hurts others and ourselves, and we don’t understand this problem.
I hope we can respond positively and make the right actions and decisions.

I have been dealing with these people since January when I ordered hearing aids. It took a month to finally get them, and I knew immediately that they would not work. I sent them back for a refund ( cost me 48 dollars ) 2 days later. It is now March 25 and I have not received a refund. They initially said they would refund 50% if I gave them a 5 star review. I said no. Still no refund so a week ago I wrote a 1 star review. The response I got was "delete the review or no refund". I did and still no refund.
I lost over 900.00 dollars dealing with this company. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!
