I was a little nervous placing my 1st order with this company,but everything went smoothly. When I accidentally put the wrong shipping address and called right away and the customer service lady fixed it immediately. My order was shipped out next day and I received it in 2 weeks. Yes it took awhile so that is something to keep in mind, but it makes sense considering it came from Australia and had to go through customs.
