Your company was stupid enough to use DHL they have had my purchase for four days but are so useless that they are unable to find my address
I will never use them or your company ever again and will tell everyone I know how bad you are
Have contacted you twice and cannot get anyone with a granule of sense to help me

If there are issues with the delivery service, getting angry at the sender isn't necessarily very logical.
You contacted us and we forwarded promptly the case to DHL who delivered yesterday. We definitely helped.
So ''cannot get anyone to help me'' is false.
We understand that this type of situation is emotional, but we encourage you to remain factual and honest in your comments.
We again are sorry for the late delivery. We forwarded everything to DHL and hope this does not happen again.
