Below ZERO star, AWFUL COMPANY

Awful experience and awful company! Very bad customer service—just scammers!
I have been waiting for over a month for my refund after canceling my order for a Samsung Galaxy S24 S9210 8GB/256GB (Shipment #EGSH100096452 for Order #EGOD100100305) due to delays, yet I have received nothing.
Despite multiple emails, they keep promising to refund my £479.99 within 3 to 5 working days, but weeks have passed, and I am still waiting. I had to escalate the issue through my bank and file a dispute, almost 2 months now yet there’s still no refund or solution. My advice keep your money for trusted sites
