as a single, older person - I don't need to cook like I did as a working mum with a family.
I still have plenty to do, but although I like to eat good, healthy food, I'm not so bothered now about cooking it.

Review of Medichecks
I've used Medichecks 3 times now - every couple of years. I always buy the most expensive option - I'm not wealthy by any means - I regard it like servicing and MOT on my car.
The comprehensive results (new tests always being added) are tracked against previous years. The traffic light alerts highlight anything outside normal range, the explanations make sense, and the doctor summary highlights key points.
I notice a lot of your 1 star reviews are to do with the pin prick tests - some people don't find them easy. Also postal delays must sometimes be inevitable. But none of that suggests the tests themselves are invalid.
I'll have no hesitation in using Medichecks again.
